    Relaxing and clean hotel, the staff who served us were caring, and it had fantastic location to all the attractions in town. We all really enjoyed brand-new and good sized room with a jacuzzi, the bathroom. The service provided there was good!

    The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was cool and relaxing - most welcome in the heat of Seville. The room was comfortable. The hotel was centrally located, ideal for exploring the city.

    Just some small finishes in the room which sadly let down the image of luxury. These included, a leaking shower tray, ill fiiting shower door, side lights wouldn't work. Shame as otherwise the hotel would have scored higher.

    The swimming pool was lovely and the breakfast was savoury and sensational. The rooms were romantic and mine was air conditioned with bedroom, a balcony and a shower. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Real Alcazar, and Seville.

    It was a beautiful stay and the staff were fantastic. It was our honeymoon and they gave us a very generous upgrade. The views of the cathedral and the atmosphere of the terrace bar at night were wonderful.

    Fantastic central location. Wonderful atmosphere.

    There is no comfortable seating around the pool, which is small and the details of decking etc and cleanliness of the pool are poor. Check in wasn't until 3.00 - so a hang around for early arrivers.

    The rooms are cozy and the Design of the hotel is great.

    The bels ringing from the cathredaa The bells of the cathedral are noisy and sound as of they were ringing in your room.

    It has style

    The fact that it Michelin starred restaurant was closed for August but its website failed to mention it! By the way if you want the duck you will be charged for it

    Great spot easy to walk to everything. Hotel staff very helpful and despite my mistake with dates booked and the National strike we were able to stay an extra night and even had our room upgraded. Fantastic room with the most splendid view. My only criticism being that we had too much champagne!
